The Orange National Bag Craze: TikTok's Latest Mystery Obsession
Okay, so let me tell you about the newest TikTok trend that’s got everyone acting like they’re on a high-stakes scavenger hunt in the wild: Orange. National. Bags.
Yes, you read that right.
Apparently, there’s this sudden hype over these mysterious "Orange National Bags", and no, I still don’t know what that even means. I’ve scrolled through endless videos of people (guys, girls, parents, probably grandparents too at this point) losing their minds over these bags. Some are hoarding them, some are desperately looking for them, and others are just commenting “orange bags when you find one” like it’s the new secret handshake of the internet.
I tried finding one. Really, I did. Went to stores, refreshed pages online, even considered calling my cousin who works at a mall (you know it’s serious when I do that). But they’re nowhere to be found. Either they’re sold out, or they never existed and we’ve all just been punked by the algorithm.
So, like the creative soul I am, I posted orange bags instead. Literal orange bags. Fashion bags that happen to be orange. Because if TikTok wants orange bags, I will deliver, just not whatever everyone else is fighting over in the comments.
Honestly, this trend might be one of the silliest I’ve seen. (And we’ve lived through the “frozen honey,” “red nail theory,” and “girl dinner” eras, so that’s saying something.) But what I love about TikTok is that no matter how confusing the trend, we all just kind of roll with it. No questions asked. Just vibes, chaos, and one collective inside joke we’re all pretending to understand.
So if you're also confused but want to stay trendy, just post an orange bag, slap a hashtag on it, and say something like “orange bag spotted in the wild.” You’ll fit right in.
And if someone actually explains what these bags are supposed to be… send help. Or at least send me one.
