Lately, I’ve seen way too many “shit posts” on Threads you know, the kind where people pretend to be experts just to spread misinformation or stir the pot. They’ll post dramatic, triggering stuff just to get a rise out of people. It’s not about facts or helping anyone, it’s about chaos and honestly, it’s exhausting.
Here’s the thing: not everything needs your energy. We don’t have to sit around arguing with strangers who are clearly just looking for attention. Some people thrive off negativity, don’t give them the satisfaction.
So let’s make it a habit:
See a messy post? Block.
See someone trashing others just to be edgy? Block.
Feel your peace being disturbed? Block and keep it moving.
You don’t owe anyone your mental space, especially not people who are online just to tear others down. Protect your timeline. Protect your peace. And remember sometimes the strongest clapback is no engagement at all.
