Jenna Ortega appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. While Jenna was on, her glass dress became a social media sensation overnight. The unique and pretty designed red glass dress was made by stylist Enrique Melendez. Jenna noted on the Colbert show how uncomfortable the dress she was was wearing.

Colbert complimented the dress and she told him, it’s made of glass, and I’m not going to lie… Sometimes there’s like pieces of it that are poking my ass every time I sit.” Her comment immediately had the audience in stitches, and Colbert playfully chimed in, saying, “Let’s have some medics stand by, please.”

Continuing the lighthearted exchange, Ortega added, “I feel uncomfortable and extremely comfortable at the same time.” Amused, Colbert quipped, “Well, you wear discomfort well.” He even referred to her as “The lady in glass.”

Her outfit featured a stunning rose design crafted from the same material, and she paired it with matching red sandals, earrings, a ring, a simple necklace, and flowing open hair.

While her glass dress was a major talking point, Ortega also discussed her next big film, Death of a Unicorn, where she stars alongside Paul Rudd.

Additionally, Ortega shared insights on the highly anticipated Wednesday Season 2. The Netflix series, which turned her into a global sensation, is expected to return in late 2025.

My Thoughts On The Glass Dress?

Honestly I love the dress, but I don't think I could pull this type of dress off in public. Jenna Ortega is very strong to do so. Even if I was paid, I still couldn't be able to be comfortable in a dress like that. So Good job to Jenna Ortega and for telling the public the truth about how she feels in the dress.
