If the rumors are true, Kim Kardashian is calling bad blood on her shoulders for suing Lana Del Rey for this petty little issue. To me in general, not everything needs a lawsuit to handle issues like this. It's easier to talk things out versus taking action. My Thoughts On This Issue with Kim Kardashian and Lana Del Rel Issue?

Kim Kardashian just needs to talk it out with Lana to settle this. Just say, Lana I know you love my brand, but can you please put sponsored when you advertising my brand next time. Its against the law, and I as well as Skims would really appreciate that if you could. If Lana doesn't listen to that warning, then okay she can have permission to sue.

But always best to talk things out before taking legal action of any kind.
